Victoria specializes in employee engagement and experience strategy, employee research, internal and change communications, diversity and inclusion, leadership communications coaching including personal brand, and redundancy advisory. She has 25 years of experience working across a range of industries including finance, insurance, aviation, hospitality, the UK government, and oil and gas. With a background in IT and Economics, she has spent the past 15 years focusing on Integrated Communications and Government Affairs.

Hope Communications, delivers bespoke employee engagement and communications solutions to help businesses achieve their strategic business goals and build great places to work. They also assist in improving productivity, enhancing employee experience, increasing retention, and improving the bottom line.
DEPICT (Diversity, Equity, Purpose, Inclusion, Culture, Team) the People Services segment of the Group offerings, presents our first session on ‘Enhancing Employee Experience through DEI Initiatives within the workplace’ on 20th May 2021 from 10am to 11am via Zoom. This will be a free session, open to our valued clientele with the aim of assisting in understanding and strengthening these efforts which will eventually and effortlessly be aligning to the internal PR strategies.
